Specialist Clinic Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing front-line service to patients and visitors pro-actively
- Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries
- Perform billing and cashier
- Dispensing of drugs and stock-keeping
- Perform administrative tasks such as submission of medical claims, email liaisons and filling of forms.
Additional Knowlege, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- TPA knowledge is a plus point
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Monday - Friday: 9-6pm, Saturday: 9-1pm, Sunday & PH closed.
- AWS + Medical & Dental benefits.
Prior working experience in clinic is preferred.
