We are looking for an excellent Trainer to help our clinic staff cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver trainings.
• Conduct assessments to assess learners’ competency.
• Prepare learning materials for programs.
• Perform training administration duties.
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
• Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
• Research new teaching methods.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
• Preferably 3 to 4 years’ experience as a trainer or a similar position in healthcare industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines.
